Official biography

From Season 2024/2025 the young German conductor David Preil will be first Kapellmeister at the Landestheater Coburg.

In this Season he will conduct performances of „Il Trittico“ by Giacomo Puccini, „Il barbiere di Siviglia“ by Gioachino Rossini, „Hänsel und Gretel“ by Engelbert Humperdick, „Der fliegende Holländer“ by Richard Wagner and „Jenufa“ by Leoš Janáček. Additionally he is going to lead a symphony concert and special concerts.
